Each individual may hold only one (1) jll55 Account. Registering, holding, or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jll55 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all Wallet balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jll55 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify jll55 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account via the support channels set out in Section 17.
jll55 performs identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. You are required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, or UMID) upon request and prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in Account restrictions. Accepted documents must be current and legible.
jll55 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Following investigation, Real Money Funds not connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity may be returned to the registered payment method at jll55's discretion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon closure for cause.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jll55 support. Upon voluntary closure, remaining verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days subject to any pending verification or investigation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE PHILIPPINE LAW, jll55 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND GAME PROVIDER PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

jll55's maximum aggregate liability to any User under these Terms is limited to the total Real Money Funds held in that User's Wallet at the time the claim arises, unless prohibited by applicable law.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using the complaint procedures available through the PAGCOR regulatory framework. jll55 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
Game disputes regarding specific rounds must be submitted within 48 hours of the disputed game occurring, with the relevant game round identifier included. Disputes submitted beyond this window may not be investigated due to data retention constraints.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jll55's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
jll55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the jll55 Platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required to comply with PAGCOR regulatory directives or applicable law.
Your continued use of the jll55 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact jll55 to close your Account prior to the effective date.
